FpcROUTE er et kommandolinjeværktøj til at forbinde FreePCB med online-autorouteren FreeRoute. Den genererer .dsn-filer til import til autorouteren, og flettes .ses-filen fra autorouteren ind i et FreePCB-projekt. Det kan bruges fra kommandolinjen eller påberåbes fra FreePCB. For at bruge det fra FreePCB, skal det placeres i freepcb\bin-mappen.
